Through this process we gain clarity and a deeper understanding of who we truly are. We learn how it is that we’ve come to be this version of ourselves. What we've experienced up until this point in our lives has shaped who we are, how we think and how we feel. We have the power through self awareness and perspective to change our currently reality if we so choose. What we’ve been through since childhood until this present moment affects how we see ourselves. Our inner core beliefs have already been created, but they can be altered. These beliefs affect how we think, feel and perceive ourselves. Our beliefs dictate our decisions and our decisions dictate our actions. Our actions dictate our lives.
I am here to guide you, empower you, validate you and nurture you as you open the door.

Many of us walk around for much of our lives feeling less than and like something is missing. We spend much of our time seeking fulfillment as though it is something tangible. In this process we often feel broken, unfulfilled, ashamed, incapable and misunderstood. All of these feelings lead to a massive amount of overwhelm and uncertainty. It can be easy to feel like we're not living life the "right" way, but unsure of where to turn next. This is incredibly frustrating isn't it? These feelings of being unworthy, invalidated and hopeless often stem from deep rooted things we’ve experienced - both physically and emotionally.
Have you ever been given the space to thoroughly explore and safely understand your life experiences & emotions? That’s exactly what I am here to do - provide you with your safe space.
Together we will explore your feelings and uncover their true origin.
Understand this, overtime, our lived experiences and associated emotions compound, big-time! As they do, with no outlet or means to begin to understand & release them, they can really begin to take ahold of our lives. Â
Sometimes, we ourselves don’t even fully understand the weight of what we’ve been through or how it’s affecting us - which is why working through it can be so powerful and life changing.
I spent 25 years of my life not truly knowing who I was or “why I am the why I am.” This is because I never took the time nor was I given the space to try and understand my own life & internal complexity. Can you relate to that?

You are only the victim until you take control. Control can only be taken once you have an understanding of what has happened inside of you.

I will lead you to deep self awareness and together we will devise an aligned action plan. If there are no necessary next steps I will simply be there to hold space, listen and support you.

We don’t always have people in our lives that we can talk to in great depth who are emotionally on the same level as us. It can be difficult to find those who can understand or deeply empathize with what we’re going through or where we’ve been.
And oftentimes we can feel like a burden when we unleash such things on our friends and family only to be met with their judgment, criticism or “solution.”
What we’ve been through directly affects how we feel, think and respond.
It affects our ability to heal physically, emotionally and even spiritually.
It also can very much affect our ability to progress in our life or our careers. Our ability to create a self owned businesses. Our confidence. Our sense of self. Our ability to believe that things are actually possible for us. Our ability to follow through with ideas, goals or passions. Our ability to have wholesome relationships with healthy communication, etc…
I am here to help you understand yourself in ways that maybe you never have. I am here to help you gain a deep self awareness of how your unique life experiences and emotions are directly affecting your current reality and ability to feel whole.
